**Your role**:
- Participate in the Workday implementation project and ensure a successful transition from project status to live operation.
- Ensure operational support (2nd level) including the creation and maintenance of end-user documentation.
- Take over responsibility for the continuous development of end-to-end HR business processes in line with the corporate strategy and internal process management.
- Proactive, rapid solution finding in collaboration with Workday technical support.
- Conduct testing activities and recommend solutions or alternative methods to meet
- requirements in agreement with the implementation partner and the Workday community Zühlke.
- Anticipate and understand management reporting needs and interpret end-user requirements to ensure translation into system requirements, including documentation and reporting.
- Represent HR interests in projects or other business initiatives within Zühlke.
**Your talent**:
- Successfully completed university degree, preferably in business informatics and/or human resources.
- Ideally 1-3 years of practical experience in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of HR topics in general and specifically HR data and processes.
- Proven experience in system implementation as a project manager and/or business analyst.
- Ability to effectively manage change, always considering the impact on technology, business processes and systems.
- Technical aptitude with proven experience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tool Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and persuasiveness with other HR and business representatives.
- A very good command of written and spoken English is a prerequisite. Any other language, especially German, is an added advantage.
- Team player with a can-do attitude as well as self-motivation and independence.
