**Assistentin/Assistent, EAM Desk, Private Clients, Zürich**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Klassische Sekretariatsarbeiten / Administrative Unterstützung der Senior Relationship Manager
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Kontoeröffnungsformalitäten, Prozessverantwortung bis zur Eröffnung
- Ausführung von Kundenaufträgen (Zahlungsverkehr und Börse)
- Überwachung von täglichen Transaktionslisten
- Spezialreporting für Kunden
- Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen in Zürich und am Hauptsitz in Genf
- Telefonischer und persönlicher Kontakt zu Kunden

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Banklehre / KV-Lehre (mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung) im Private Banking, alternativ fundierte Erfahrung im Mid Office, resp. EAM Business
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch und Englisch (Französisch von Vorteil)
- Teamfähigkeit
- Gepflegtes Äusseres und angenehme Umgangsformen
- Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden (Kunden
- und serviceorientiert)
- Organisationstalent und Eigeninitiative
- Selbständig, genau, flexibel, belastbar, motiviert und diskret
- Gute PC Kenntnisse
