As an ESG Digital Strategy & Deployment Manager, you will orchestrate and oversee the ESG Digitalization roadmap and equip HQ and field teams with tools and systems to support Nespresso's ambitions and leadership in sustainability.

**A Day in the Life of a ESG Digital Strategy & Deployment Manager**
- Set digitalization strategic ambitions and define IT capabilities towards greater transparency and efficiency.
- Support piloting of new solutions and contribute to scale-up plans.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of digital tools across the Nespresso value chain.
- Organize efficient data collection and analysis to maximize company ESG targets achievements.
- Collaborate with ESG teams to create performance indicators and engage stakeholders.
- Oversee the budget of digital activities and continuously improve tools based on users’ feedback.
- Scout for synergies with other Nestle LOBs and nurture project pipelines.
- Represent Nespresso in digital strategic and operational committees and engage with Nestlé related companies.

**What will make you successful**
- University degree or equivalent, with specialization in CSR as a plus.
- Experience in complex project management in an international and cross functional environment.
- Understanding of data ecosystems and ability to relay technical processes to non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing customer queries.
- Experience in producing accurate documentation and change management.
- Leadership skills and ability to influence without authority.
- Full command of written and oral English, ideally with proficiency in a second language.
- Sound business judgment, problem-solving orientation, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in ESG or coffee is a plus.
