Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of acoustic engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical support to ensure the successful execution of acoustic simulations and projects
- Project Management: Promote and plan CAE acoustic projects, including setting objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
- Simulations: Utilize CAE software tools and methodologies to model and simulate acoustic behaviour in different products and systems. Analyse simulation results and provide recommendations for acoustic optimization
- Data Analysis: Interpret and analyze acoustic data, responsible for the result dissemination and practice standardization within internal and external community
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to integrate acoustic solutions into the product development process
- Technical Expertise: Stay current with industry trends and advancements in acoustic engineering, ensuring the team is well-informed and using state-of-the-art techniques
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability in acoustic simulations and analyses
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of simulations, analysis results, and best practices to create a knowledge repository for the team
- Training and Development: Foster professional growth within the team by identifying training needs, conducting performance reviews, and organizing skill-building activities

Your qualifications
- University degree in Acoustic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in conducting CAE acoustic simulations and analysis
- Strong proficiency in CAE software, such as MSC Nastran, Actran, VAOne or equivalent
- Leadership and project management skills, with a track record of a minimum of 3 years successfully leading and delivering projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Fluent in English and preferably another language (German, Italian or French is a plus)
