Based at the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern, the Ice Cream Seller plays a key role in delivering delightful guest experiences by serving ice cream with warmth. The Ice Cream Seller reports to the Restaurant Manager

As Ice Cream Seller, **you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Serve ice cream to guests in a friendly, efficient, and hygienic manner.
- Maintain the ice cream station, ensuring cleanliness, proper stock levels, and attractive presentation at all times.
- Inform guests about available flavours and toppings, offering recommendations when appropriate.
- Greet guests warmly and engage in polite conversation, delivering memorable service experiences.
- Handle guest queries or minor complaints courteously, escalating to the Supervisor or Manager if needed.
- Ensure guest areas around the ice cream station remain clean and inviting.
- Assist in restocking ingredients, cones, and utensils.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards according to hotel policies.
- Support other F&B tasks when requested by Supervisor or Manager.
