E-commerce Intern

You will support the Digital Business Team on managing both C.P. Company online store and other Digital sales channels, in order to improve the Brand sales performance.

**What you'll do**:

- Support to the Team to manage the online products catalog: products creation, maintenance and publication on the website/portals;
- Monitor the products creation’s flow by ensuring that all the digital asset (product attributes, images, descriptions, translations, prices, etc.) are ready and correct;
- Support to the Team to Manage the digital contents: banner, text, landing pages, service pages, etc.;
- Set-up and manage campaign and promotion on platforms;
- Support to the E-Commerce Merchandiser Specialist to ensure the correct level of stock and replenishment;
- Support to the Team on organizing and managing E-Commerce photo shooting and ensuring the consistency and quality of images before the upload on the website;
- Support to the E-Commerce Customer Care, to highlight critical issues and identify areas for intervention;
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, logistics) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Basic knowledge of the main KPIs and online metrics and their interpretation;
- Proactive attitude and attentive to effective problem solving:

- Ability to work both independently and in a team, and to build relationships and collaboration with colleagues and external suppliers;
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced, and dynamic working environment;
- Fluent English written and spoken;
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint use
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Organizational and multitasking skills.

Contratto di lavoro: 100%, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: CHF1'000.00 - CHF1'200.00 al mese

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
- Turno di 8 ore
