Aufgaben
- Screenen von Bewerbungen / Unterstützung bei der Bewerberauswahl
- Koordination von Interviews sowie Organisation der On
- & Offboardingprozesse
- Aktive Beteiligung an Recruitingprozessen und -strategien
- Organisation von Recruiting-Events
- Einblicke in die Bereiche Personalmarketing und Eventmanagement
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung

Qualifikation
- Hochschulabsolvent (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften/ Psychologie oder Ähnlichem
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich sind vorteilhaft
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und gute MS Office Kenntnisse
