**What you’ll get**:

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the HR agenda for one of our biggest site expansion projects.
- Leading initiatives in organizational development, change management, and talent planning.
- Supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
- Driving employee engagement by encouraging a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Work very closely with Site HR peer Heads and Site HR Business Partner for Stein and the overall Network.
