We’re looking for a UI Designer to join our creative team in Zurich, Switzerland.

**Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to EF’s product sites and campaigns using Figma to prototype
- Work closely with UX designers, project managers and key stakeholders following design thinking principles to create customer centric sites to grow our business
- Gather and evaluate requirements to execute all visual design stages from concept, to high fidelity prototypes, to engineering hand-over. Considering technical feasibility and complexity on the time needed for developing your designs
- Work within a branded component library in your designs, constantly evolving its expression with new patterns and elements where appropriate

**Key Requirements**
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing case studies to exemplify your process and decision making
- Solid experience in creating hi-fi prototypes using Figma
- Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML5 and CSS
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- A thorough understanding of how typography, layout, color, images, and interactivity impact design
- Being able to design on-brand and to develop it further
- Knowledge in the production process (e.g., optimizing graphics, compression settings and file size, and image optimization)
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
