We are looking for a **MARKETING TRAINEE** CARDIOMETABOLIC HEALTH** (German, French, English)**for 1-year internship.

**Responsibilities & tasks**:
Marketing Trainee to support the Cardiometabolic Health (CMH) marketing team on the execution of the operational plan. With guidance from supervisor/brand manager, the marketing trainee closely collaborates with the local cross-functional brand team to learn the marketing processes and help the team achieve their goals.

A marketing trainee:

- Develops a good knowledge of the relevant therapeutic area, the key scientific data related to the products and the main competitors to support the commercial strategies with guidance from supervisor/brand manager.
- Understands market landscapes in Switzerland, including the science behind the products, the competitive development efforts and the value needs of patients, caregivers, and physicians.
- Supports the development and launch of promotional materials together with our internal and external players and implement Omnichannel Engagement (OCE) tactics.
- Participates to the marketing team’s governance (locally and internationally).

**Qualifications**:
You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in pharmaceutical / marketing / sales / medical / scientific or equivalent, with a strong interest to work in the pharmaceutical area. You are a French or German native speaker, with a good command of the other language and English. You are goal and solution oriented, you enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging but fun environment. You pay extra attention to details and deliver projects on time. You are agile, high capacity and able to move work forward fast, even in the face of ambiguity. You are a natural connector and show excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player mind-set.
