**Digital Project Manager**, with experience working with UX, Design and Digital Marketing activities and excellent English and French speaking skills, this role could be the perfect fit

As a Project Manager at EPAM, you will take the ownership of multiple projects (internet, intranet, extranetor other new media) and ensure their quality, their profitability and the satisfaction of our customers.

You will be the interface between EPAM and the customer during the whole project lifecycle. Internally, you will act as a conductor and work with highly skilled people, from creative teams, UX experts and designers to analysts, architects, developers, testers and many other talents. You will cooperate with account managers to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers by ensuring the quality, the respect of the timing and of the budget for the great projects we deliver.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for project production & planning, allocating resources, budgeting
- Ensure the review and delivery of the project on time and within budget
- Manage risks and identify appropriate solutions
- Coordinate experts from several locations in Europe and ensure an efficient international collaboration
- Provide excellent customer service, understand the project both from a marketing and technical point of view and support our clients to ensure building privileged client relationships
- Ensure the quality of the project by challenging the deliveries and by following an adequate quality assurance policy

**Requirements**:

- University degree, or equivalent by experience
- Significant experience in web project management, strong knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies in an international context
- Mandatory experience in an agency with demonstrated projects implying UX, Design and Digital Marketing
- At least 5 years of experience with Project Management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM,...) in an agency context
- Very good understanding of web projects' technical complexity
- Knowledge of one or more major CMS platforms (AEM, Sitecore, Drupal...)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer and team management skills
- Ability to be efficient and productive under pressure
- Experience working in an international context with remote team members
- Experience with Business and/or Functional Analysis
- Experience with UX, Design and Digital marketing deliveries
- Excellent command of English and native French
- Knowledge of Technical Architecture and/or Development essentials is a plus
