Avec Coris : pousse des portes, gravis des sommets et cultive l'innovation

Parlons du projet

Ton quotidien:

- Tu as l'âme entrepreneuriale ? Pilote ton centre de profit : optimise sa rentabilité, fais-le grandir et définis continuellement de nouveaux leviers pour assurer sa croissance
- Participe activement à la stratégie opérationnelle de l'entreprise et développe ton plan d'action commercial : sois force de proposition
- Pilote le processus d'affaire : pars à la rencontre de tes prospects, détecte (provoque ) les opportunités business, et favorise des relations commerciales sur la durée en fidélisant les clients et partenaires.
- Recrute tes futurs collaborateurs & manages ton équipe Coache-les avant les rendez-vous techniques, accompagne-les dans la réalisation de leur projet et pilotes leur évolution professionnelle.
- Garantis la satisfaction de tes clients et de tes équipes en réalisant des bilans d'avancement Instaure puis pérennise une relation privilégiée et de proximité, dans la transparence et le respect
- Sois acteur.rice de notre dynamique interne (échanges avec les entités homologues, interservices,..)

**Profil recherché**:
Ce que tu apportes à l'équipe

Tes facteurs de réussite ? Issu.e d'un Bac+3 à Bac+5 technique ou commercial, tu as pris en main le développement commercial avec succès. Tu connais le marché local et tu as une première approche des métiers de l'industrie et/ou de l'high tech.

Ton tempérament ? Excellent relationnel, esprit d'équipe marqué, et véritable curiosité pour les métiers de nos clients et de tes futurs consultants

Ton goût du challenge ? Véritable compétiteur.trice, tu fais preuve de persuasion et tu prends des initiatives Tu persévères dans tous les défis qui s'offrent à toi et décrocher un rendez-vous avec un nouveau client t'enthousiasme.
