Tasks

Your primary focus will be to create new appealing content to spread the word and fuel our community’s growth across all digital channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Google and so on). You will be involved in exciting projects with our clients and partners. You will be supported by experienced leadership and a strong technical team you can count on. As a Marketing Intern you will:

- Co-Lead Content Creation and Social Media Planning for our company. This includes conceptualizing, filming, editing and posting digital media assets on all our social media channels (e.g. Instagram reels during vehicle handovers)
- Research consumer opinions and marketing strategies and propose adjustments to current strategies accordingly
- Monitor and manage the company’s social media platforms & paid advertising strategy, adjusting outreach tactics as needed
- Help in the creation and editing of assets & promotional content for CARIFY blog, newsletter and other company presentations
- Implement growth tactics and record/analyze results
- Perform competitive analysis and market analysis
- Assist marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Perform qualitative in-depth customer interviews with the aim of progressively aligning our USP with clients’ needs and preferences
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions for UX/UI optimization
- Support our supply/operations/management teams in the design of promotional company materials

**Requirements**:

- You have experience and a passion for photography & video-editing
- You have experience with digital marketing tools such as Adobe Premier, Photoshop, FIGMA and/or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent
- You are able to work both independently, and as part of a team, in order to lead the execution of strategic plans and achieve ambitious business targets
- You have excellent English speaking and writing skills, German and/or French are a plus (especially German/Swiss German)
- You are hands-on and performance-driven
- You have the ability to synthesize perspectives and insights to create opportunities
