We are looking for an experienced **Ux/Ui Designer **to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland. As a
member of our team, you would be contributing to the development of our platform, a digital asset
management solution for banks. Working closely with blockchain experts, software engineers and
hardware manufacturers, your contribution would have a direct impact on the evolution of the
cryptocurrency/fintech industry as we know it today.
- AS A UX-UI DESIGNER YOU KNOW
- Work in complete autonomy, be in a lead posture while remaining attentive to users and

customer contacts,
- **Argue and speak up to defend your convictions**,
- Create graphic identities, define a graphic charter or interpret an existing graphic charter.
- **Decline the digital graphic charter through a thoughtful device,**
- **Prepare and lead co-design workshops with clients **and/or users: personas workshops, user

paths, card sorting, wireframe or graphic co-design workshops,
- Define appropriate methodologies for pre-sales projects and establish UX and UI costings,
- **Know and use the Figma design tool to perfection**, and others such as Sketch, Adobe XD,

InVision (and/or other prototyping tools), authoring tools (Adobe suite) and collaborative
tools (JIRA, Miro...),
- Manage your time and deliverables.

TASKS

**1. User Experience Design**
- Design and production of mock-ups on digital media (desktop, mobile, and other digital

media)
- Definition of the information architecture
- Creation of wireframe, zoning and graphic template
- Define and realize new screens and functionalities as the projects progress
- Convincing of the ergonomic choices
- Mastering the different graphic resolutions

**2. User Interface design & Création**
- Adaptation of graphic charter visual identity or creation of new visual identities
- Creation, production and variation of graphic elements
- Animation of models (Invision, Justinmind, **FIGMA**, Sketch) and advanced prototyping
- Creation of animations in motion design
- Video editing based on elements created by the designer
- Convincing of one's artistic choices

**3. Audits, recommendations and monitoring (R&D)**
- Performing benchmarks, audits and recommendations.
- Carry out a constant watch (webdesign trends, technological, tools, software, etc...).

Passionate about cryptocurrency, web 3.0, DeFi environments, you are creative, constantly monitoring
new UX trends. You are dynamic, rigorous and enjoy working in a team. You are also recognized for
your interpersonal skills, your ability to communicate your ideas and justify your choices.

REQUIRED PROFIL***
- 5 years of experience in a similar position, experience in an agency is a plus
- Several projects completed in the digital and/or branding field
- A representative portfolio of your creations
- Perfect command of French and excellent command of English (written and spoken).
