**_Job mission_**

We are looking for a **passionate Client Services Advisor** with **exceptional interpersonal skills** who wants to join our new luxury retail store in Geneva and contribute to the success and growth of one of our main European boutique.

The Client Services Advisor enhances the client experience by providing **exceptional Cartier client service**, assisting in safeguarding client assets, and acting as retail operational support to the global CS platform.

As an Ambassador of client service for the Maison, our Client Services Advisor is responsible for **providing advice, technical explanations and responses to clients **as it pertains to the servicing of our pieces. He/she will provide **after-sales service resolutions and solutions** that meet and/or exceed clients’ expectations, to ensure the highest level of client experience.
