Nestlé Nespresso has been one of the most successful operating unit of the Nestlé Group, the world's leading food, beverage, nutrition and wellness company.
It has pioneered the portioned coffee market to provide premium coffees and related products/services, both in-home and out-of-home.
As a **Strategy Portfolio Manager **, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects in the Market and across the organization to enable incremental growth of the business. In this position, you will manage cross-functional strategic and transformational projects and drive deployment of key initiatives in the Market. **A Day in the Life of a Strategy Portfolio Manager
- Own and drive the Market Project Portfolio in line with ManCom and functional Operational Master Plans to optimize resource allocations
- Enable and propose clear prioritization at ManCom level by providing the leadership team with strong recommendation based on ROI driven approach
- Own governance and lead related committees: organize and prepare all project portfolio related meetings and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Identify potential overlaps, duplications or areas of inefficiencies potentially created in the organization
- Lead strategic and transformational projects
- Ensure effective cross-functional teamwork from idea-to-launch with all relevant stakeholders (Market, Nestlé in the market, HQ, Zone)
- Speed up decision making by bringing the relevant facts timely
- Coach & develop team members to deliver and develop exponentially
**What will make you successful
- 5+ years track record with a strong business experience or 3+ years in Strategy Consulting
- Master’s degree or equivalent (MBA preferred)
- Successful experience in Project Management with tight project deadlines while delivering comprehensive and thorough analysis
- Solid experience in multiple stakeholder management and exposure to senior management
- Experience in leading multi-functional teams and participating in change management programs
- Proven and effective communication skills to present confidently and convincingly in steering committees
- Empathy, Integrity, Curiosity and a desire to make an impact as core values along with flexibility, drive & courage
- Experience of creating a positive working culture, enabling empowerment and development of people
- Fluent in French and English, German as a plus
