**Work Schedule: 45 hours per week, working either 2 days on / 2 days off or 5 days on / 2 days off**

**Overview and Opportunity**

This is a long-term opportunity within a highly professional private residence, suited to individuals with a strong background in 5-star hotels or luxury private households who take pride in meticulous housekeeping and service delivery.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all designated areas in line with luxury housekeeping standards
- Prepare and unpack luggage in accordance with the family’s travel schedules
- Manage housekeeping stocks, consumables, and anticipate restocking requirements
- Respond to specific requests from the Head Housekeeper and family members in a prompt, discreet manner
- Follow and uphold strict hygiene, safety, and confidentiality protocols
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or prestigious private residence
- Impeccable attention to detail, excellent presentation, and high personal standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Discreet, organised, and responsive with a strong sense of priorities
- Flexible, adaptable, and open to working varied hours
- Fluency in French and/or English
- Must hold a Swiss or European passport (to obtain a work permit in Switzerland)
