- Wir suchen erfahrene Remote Advisors die unsere vermögende Kundschaft mit einer professionellen Videoberatung in den Bereichen Hypotheken, Anlagen und Vorsorgeprodukten überraschen möchten.
- Die Nachfrage nach Videoberatung wächst kontinuierlich. Kunden schätzen den Komfort einer persönlichen Beratung via Remote indem sie ortsunabhängig mit der Bank kommunizieren können. UBS Personal Banking baut deshalb schweizweit fünf Remote Sales & Advice Standorte mit dezidierten Remote Advisors in der ganzen Schweiz auf (Zürich, Bern, Basel, Lausanne und Genf). Begleiten Sie uns auf dieser spannenden ReiseWerden Sie Teil eines Start-ups innerhalb der Bank und gestalten Sie dabei die Transformation der Bankberatung mit- Konzentrieren sie sich vollständig auf die Kundenbetreuung entlang des ganzen Lebenszyklus
- Die Akquisition von neuen Kundinnen und Kunden sowie der Verkauf von Produkten wird dabei von unseren Outbound und Remote Advice Teams verantwortet
- Sie sind für ein Kundenportfolio verantwortlich und engagieren sich, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden sich bestmöglich betreut fühlen
- Sie unterstützen unsere Kundschaft bei komplexen Anfragen, wie z.B. bei Verlängerungen von Hypotheken
- Sie nutzen in der Kundenbetreuung innovative Tools, Apps und Videotechnologie, um das bestmögliche Kundenerlebnis zu schaffen

**Unser Team**
- Sie arbeiten im Remote Advisory & Sales Team für Privatkunden in einem modernen Büro mit neuester Infrastruktur in Basel. Das Arbeiten im Home-Office wird ermöglicht und die Arbeitszeiten sind flexibel. Remote Sales & Advice wird in den nächsten Jahren stetig wachsen. Das Team verinnerlicht die «New Ways of Working» und arbeitet dynamisch und agil. Der Setup zeichnet sich durch flache Hierarchien aus. Sie haben die Möglichkeit eine äusserst ambitionierte Vision umzusetzen und dabei etwas zu bewegen. Bei Remote Sales & Advice wird die Weiterentwicklung aktiv gefördert. - Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung als Privatkundenberater/in Individual
- Fundiertes Verständnis und Fachwissen in den Bereich Finanzieren, Anlegen und Vorsorgen
- Effiziente und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Serviceorientierung
- Routine im effizienten Einsatz von IT und Tools
- Gutes Gespür für Beratungs
- und Verkaufschancen
- Hands-on Mentalität, Teamplayer und Neugier, unsere Remote Technologie weiterzuentwickeln
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte mündlich und schriftlich darzulegen
- Fliessendes Deutsch und Beherrschung einer weiteren Landessprache wie Französisch oder Italienisch wünschenswert. Sprachkompetenz in Englisch ist ebenfalls von Vorteil
