Zurich Group Technology and Operations (GTO) is implementing the Group’s internal control framework globally to support the achievement of the Group’s objectives in a reliable, efficient, and compliant manner.

As the GTO Internal Control Integrated Framework (ICIF) Coordinator, you will lead the ICIF implementation project management office and drive reporting, communications and training activities working closely with multiple stakeholders in business units, regions, and functions. Following the successful completion of this project, you will support the ongoing operation of the internal control system.

In this role not only will you be contributing to the strengthening of the Group’s oversight over its internal control environment, but you will also have the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the global technology and operations organization.

**What you will do**

As a **GTO ICIF Coordinator** your main responsibilities involve:

- Maintain and manage the project plan and other project organizational documentation.
- Establish and maintain project management deliverables, such as risk and issue logs and action plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee and closely monitor project progress, monitor issues and actions, and translate into reliable and actionable information for senior management.
- Produce various project status reports/materials.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders for project details and quality project data.
- Prepare communications and presentations for meetings, webcasts and other communications.
- Maintain the project repository and the intranet used for communications.
- Prepare materials and support the delivery of awareness and training.
- Support the ongoing operation of the internal control system post implementation.

**What you bring**
- Previous experience of working in a PMO set up and a successful track record.
- Good knowledge of project management. Project management certification is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and task oriented, high level of attention to detail, and able to deliver on time under pressure.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to convey and report clearly, accurately, and concisely. Strong proficiency with MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
