In order to reinforce the Sheet Metal team in Basel we are currently recruiting for a
**Workshop Team Leader - Sheet Metal**
Description/Tasks:
- Able to lead a team up to 6 people
- Good technical knowledge
- Ensures good communication with the aircraft supervisor and within the team.
- Ensures the jobs are performed on the project in accordance with the relevant documentation
- In charge of the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area
- Ensures the team follows environmental and safety regulations
- Efficiently evaluates time and tasks.
- Informs superior on daily basis about the job progression and issue(s).
- Able to speak and write multiple languages: English (mandatory); French or German would be an advantage
- Assigns, assists, and verifies upon completion. Ensure compliance to standard Jet Basel procedures, practices and acceptable levels of quality.
Qualification/Experience:
- Experienced aircraft structure technician (at least 3 to 5 years)
- Experience on Falcon, Airbus, Gulfstream & Boeing.
- Ability to read technical drawings
- “S” license would be an asset
- BEP/Baccalauerate or equivalent
- Good computer skills
