**Plant and equipment engineer specializing in pipe construction (M/F/d) - Pipe fitter or construction fitter / TIG welding / MS Office, Gmail, SAP / GMP / German** **Project**: For our client, a large pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for plant equipment engineers specializing in pipe construction (M/F/d). **Background**: The "Site Network Basel/Kaiseraugst" organization, part of the global "Corporate Strategy, Sustainability & Sites" group function, provides the infrastructure for the entire site and develops it continuously and innovatively. Within the "Site Network Basel/Kaiseraugst" organization, we develop reliable and sustainable solutions in the "Site Reliability" cluster. The "Operations & Maintain Assets" organization is responsible for ensuring energy and utility supplies, building operation, and the provision of maintenance services at the Basel and Kaiseraugst sites. The Technical Solutions and Maintenance group offers the best technical solutions and workshop services. **Tasks & Responsibilities**: - Troubleshooting, maintenance, and modifications to production facilities - Planning and manufacturing pipelines using isometric drawings - Experience in TIG welding of chrome-nickel steel pipelines, welding of "black" pipelines, and orbital welding - Proactivity in identifying safety-relevant aspects, cost-conscious behavior, and compliance with existing processes - Providing advice to clients (internally) and always finding the most cost-effective solution for a wide variety of problems - Clarifying with suppliers and independently placing orders - Working across departments in interdisciplinary teams and contributing to various exciting projects - Working and documenting according to GMP regulations - Setting your own goals and being willing to continue your training to stay up to date with the latest technology - Bringing about change with your specialist knowledge and utilizing specialist knowledge from other areas - Ensuring the exchange of information between specialist departments and contributing proactively and independently in self-organized teams **Must Haves**: - Completed training as a pipe fitter or construction fitter - Experience in TIG welding of chrome-nickel steel pipelines, welding of "black" pipelines, orbital welding - Experience in the field is an advantage - Good IT skills - IT affinity (MS Office, Gmail, SAP) - Fluent written and spoken German - Very high level of service commitment with a strong sense of duty - Independent, proactive and honest personality - Proactivity in recognizing safety-relevant aspects, cost-conscious behavior and compliance with existing processes - Independent, efficient and organized way of working - Customer-oriented, proactive, communicative, motivating and decisive personality **Nice to haves**: - Experience in a GMP environment **Reference No.: 924214SDA** **Role** : Plant Equipment Engineer, Pipe Construction Specialization (M/F/d) **Industry** : Pharma **Workplace** : Basel **Workload** : 100% **Start** : ASAP (latest possible start date: 01.08.2025) **End Date: 12++** **Deadline** : 26/05/2025 **Job Type**: 100% Work Location: On the road
