**Company Description**:
An emerging hedge fund is seeking a Head of Risk Management with broad market experience to build and scale its global risk function in Geneva. This is a strategic role, embedded in the business, close to performance, and central to decision making.

**Role Description**:
**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in risk management within a hedge fund, multi-PM platform, or prop environment.
- Hands-on exposure to equities, futures, options, FX, and other asset classes, with experience managing risk on quant and fast-alpha systematic strategies.
- Deep understanding of model-driven strategies and quantitative risk dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead risk teams and collaborate across PMs, quant researchers, and technology.
