**What**you’ll** do**:

- Collect and summarize interdependent and sophisticated data in MODA and LIMS, interpret data using various data analysis software, and review conclusions. Prepare quarterly/yearly trend reports, build presentations, and present findings/updates at internal meetings.
- Document GMP related activities, investigate OOS, deviations, and preventive actions in your field, and troubleshoot via the TrackWise system.
- Build, review, and approve DMS documents in the relevant field.
- Improve QC monitoring processes and successfully implement changes.
- Represent the team and participate in inspections and customer visits/audits.
- Ensure appropriate communication of QC supervising topics between collaborators.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and recognized local and international standards such as ISO and cGMP.

**What**we’re** looking for**:

- University degree or equivalent experience in life sciences such as biology, biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, or microbiology, or in a scientific field with substantial experience.
- Scientific and technical knowledge, with a preferred background in microbiology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Preferred regulatory knowledge (GMP & ISO 9001).
- Readiness for change, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
- Proven collaboration within teams and cross-functional communication to other departments.
- Proactive individual with attention to detail.
- Strong communication (English and German) and organizational skills.
