On behalf of our esteemed customer, a Fashion Brand (ready to wear), we are recruiting the following profile:
**DEPARTMENT MANAGER / FASHION BRAND / LANDQUART**

**_Duties and responsibilities: _**
- Guarantee operative functioning of the store
- Team management
- Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
- CRM activities
- Be an ambassador of the brand
- Ensure customers’ needs and resolve all customer issues
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor
- Ensure a good work environment
- Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
- Assist and Supervise sales team members
- Stock activities
- Ensure the correct management of the merchandise
- Fluent German is mandatory. English is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude
- Good IT skills
- Flexibility
- Customer oriented
- Multi - tasking abilities
