**Fly 7 is an aircraft charter and management company that offers a complete management solution to Pilatus owners worldwide. It is today the largest commercial operator of Pilatus PC-12s.**

**Fly 7 takes care of the complete management of the aircraft (crew, flight operations, maintenance, accounting) and offers its customers the possibility to charter their aircraft in order to offset part of the ownership costs or to generate a net profit.**

We are currently looking for a **Ground Ops Executive** for direct entry.
- Receive customers flight requests and treat them with meticulous attention jointly with the Flight Operations department
- Arrange additional services upon customers’ requests
- Coordinate activities and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Make sure that every process is timely completed
- Carefully monitor all flights and third-party services
- Permanently liaise with customers and company departments
- Whenever required, establish quotes and confirmation of flights
- Flight Operations supervision, including flight watch & crew duties checks
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience as a Ground Ops Agent is mandatory
- Able to multi-task and deliver under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build a trustworthy relationship with customers; positive attitude
- Customer-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
- Flexible with working hours, willing to work on a week-ends on regular basis
- Swiss citizen or EU/EAA
