**Your role**
- We’re looking for someone flexible with post trade expertise who will:
- maintain a front to back understanding of UBS’s position within financial market infrastructure
- inspire a strong collaborative culture across the global teams providing inputs into Recovery and Resolution Plans
- build relationships within the Network and Market Infrastructure team across all locations
- actively engage with internal stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and coordinate initiatives in order to meet minimum standards and deadlines
- prepare summaries for management forums
- provide consultancy support as part of the Network Management function

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Network and Market Infrastructure Market Management team in Switzerland.
- We are responsible for the network of relationships with third party post trade providers, including agent banks and market utilities (CSD, CCP) that UBS contracts with to provide custody, clearing, and settlement services. NMI is responsible for the third party risk management of Post Trade Provider arrangements, as well as provider strategy, commercial management, delivery of cost savings, account inventory maintenance (including opening, reconciliation and closure), processing of invoices, market intelligence, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

**Your expertise**
- You have:
- high standard of written and spoken German and English
- strong banking knowledge, ideally familiar with the concepts of resolution and recovery
- successful experience of leadership, both in terms of people as well as projects and initiatives
- willingness to take time to review the UBS’s third party provider landscape and our place within financial markets
- an ability to work towards deadlines, plan ahead and prioritize
- experience of working within a global group
- an appreciation of the impact of regulatory guidelines and requirements
- strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities, with the ability to bring teams together towards a common goal
