Consultant Outlook

Nous recrutons un Expert Outlook / Outils de communication pour renforcer l'équipe de notre client basé à Genève. Vous serez en charge du support et de la gestion des outils de messagerie et collaboration, avec un rôle clé dans le maintien et l’optimisation des systèmes ainsi que dans la mise en œuvre des projets de transformation.
**Responsabilités du poste**
- Assurer la gestion et le support avancé (N3/N4) des systèmes de messagerie, en particulier Outlook et Exchange Online.
- Fournir un support technique aux utilisateurs et accompagner les changements liés aux outils collaboratifs.
- Gérer et optimiser les outils comme MS Teams, Intune et les solutions de softphonie et visioconférence.
- Participer activement à des projets de transformation et garantir la sécurité des systèmes.
- Effectuer des contrôles pour s'assurer de la conformité et des restrictions internes.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents, avec suivi et reporting structuré.
- Mettre en production de nouveaux produits en intégrant les règles de conformité.
- Superviser les performances et l'intégration des systèmes dans l’environnement IT existant.
**Prérequis du poste**
- Minimum 6 ans d’expérience professionnelle, avec expertise en support avancé et administration.
- Expert Outlook / Exchange Online.
- Connaissances Lotus Notes / Domino 9.
- Maîtrise de MS Teams et scripting PowerShell.
- Connaissances des solutions MDM (Intune ou MobileIron).
- Familiarité avec les outils d’archivage légal (Axs-One).
- Compétences en solutions d’encryption (AIP, S/MIME).
- Expérience avec les passerelles SMTP et O365.
