Manufacturing Planner (m/w/d)

In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position berichten Sie direkt an den Logistikleiter und arbeiten eng mit Ihren Kollegen aus der Fertigung, Montage, Bestellabwicklung und dem Einkauf zusammen. Als Verantwortlicher für die operative Produktionsplanung und -steuerung sind Sie Ansprechpartner für alle Abteilungen in relevanten Belangen einer wirtschaftlichen Fertigungsplanung. Um eine termingerechte Auslieferung zu gewährleisten, stellen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen eine zielgenaue Planung bei optimaler Auslastung der Maschinen und des Personals sicher. Dank Ihres Strebens nach stetiger Optimierung bringen Sie Transparenz in die Produktionsplanungsprozesse und wissen, wie man Synergien optimal nutzt.

**Aufgaben**:

- Führung der operativen Produktionsplanung in Hinblick auf die Bedarfs-, Kapazitäts-, Auslastungs-, Herstellungs
- und Zeitplanung unter der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen
- Erstellung, Steuerung, Verfolgung und Priorisierung von Fertigungsaufträgen inkl. Einleiten von Massnahmen bei Störungen und Verzug
- Sicherstellung von Transparenz, um ungeplante Produktionsstillstände, hohe Umrüstungszeiten, Termin Verzüge sowie Engpässe zu vermeiden
- Stetige Weiterentwicklung der planungsbezogenen Prozesse unter der Berücksichtigung aktueller und zukünftiger Herausforderungen sowie nach den Grundsätzen des Lean Manufacturing
- Überwachung und Optimierung der Lagerbestände sowie der Logistikprozesse

**Anforderungen**:

- Technische Grundausbildung idealerweise mit drei bis fünf Jahren Erfahrung in der Planung, AVOR oder Werkstatt/Produktion aus der Maschinen-, Apparatebau
- oder Automotive Industrie
- Eine Weiterbildung als Techniker HF Maschinenbau oder ein Abschluss als Betriebs
- oder Prozessfachmann runden Ihr Profil ab
- Erfahrung in der Rückwärts
- und Vorwärtsterminierung sowie der Kapazitätsplanung
- Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie der Optimierung von Produktions
- und Logistikprozessen
- Proaktive, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Offene, dynamische Persönlichkeit mit starken Teamplayerqualitäten sowie hervorragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe IT-Affinität und ERP-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
