**About the role**

The Oncology Brand Manager shapes the local disease area strategy and is accountable for the development and implementation of the brand marketing mix in line with the global and regional brand strategy.
The key focus areas of the Brand Manager displays execution excellence and a winning, competitive mindset along the product lifecycle and is adapting an insights-driven, customer-in Marketing approach, implementing innovative, disruptive initiatives, which are co-created with customers to improve patients outcomes.The Brand Manager is driving the local cross-functional Growth Brand Team to ensure the optimal positioning of the brand and growth, by understanding the key sources of business and implementing tactics with impact. He/she guides the Product & Solutions Partners (PSP) in the field on the overall brand focus and supports their implementation of local co-created solutions with key customers to develop strategic partnerships within the space of Breast Cancer.
This role is part of the Marketing Oncology Breast cancer department and reports directly into the Strategic Portfolio Marketing Lead.
**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Co-leads the local disease area short
- and long-term (3 year) plan together with Medical Manager and Strategic Portfolio Marketing Lead
- Responsible for execution, co-ordination, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s) and monitoring the execution of tactics against brand objectives
- Monitors product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking
corrective action if required to meet business objectives
- Drives innovation, experimentation and learning for development and optimization of omni-channel strategy
- In close collaboration with Sales Force Team, identify key needs and develop business through specific National/Regional projects and services and initiatives, focusing on Top Accounts

**Role Requirements**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Bachelor/Master in Business Administration and/or Life Sciences or equivalent experience/education
- Full professional proficiency in German and English, ideally fluent in French
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in Pharma, ideally with Marketing / Sales / Access / Medical knowledge
- Strong customer orientation
- Solution-oriented and able to work independently
- Open minded, able to collaborate x-functionally with various stakeholders
