**Back-Office Coordinator & Client Advisor**
**(Swiss german & English)**
As ambassador of the Brand, you are guaranty the operational & back office excellence of the store to support the activities of our High-End Client Advisor. You offer a unique experience to all clients entering into our boutique, guarantying the quality of the service.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will perform back-office activities such as data entry, product receiving, intra-shop movements, daily closures, stock counting, After-Sales processing. You will also actively participate to the inventories and the visual merchandising with the team.
You will be in charge of receiving, controlling and integrating of the goods to the stock. You will also manage the intra shops transfers by sending and receiving products. You will be responsible of tagging activities, from product receiving to repricing, perform after-sales service activities such as taking items to repair from the sale staff, contacting and organizing item shipment to repair centers.
In parallel, you will welcome our clients in the store and manage autonomously sales activities related to all product categories (Jewellery, Watches and Accessories) achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives and guarantee best product display in the store. You will be responsible to support the customer during the whole process.
Profil
You have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar position, ideally in a high-end luxury boutique with experience on both back-office management and sales activities. Passionate by the jewelry, watches and accessories, you guide the clients with enthusiasm across the Brand.
You use easily Microsoft Office suite and have strong knowledge of SAP. Finally, you are fluent in German and in English; French and Italian would be a distinct advantage.
Client-focused and being a strong team player, you strive to support your team and make sure all client needs are fulfilled. You are flexible and rigorous and you work in an very organized and structure manner even in case of multitasking. You create a positive and harmonious work environment.
