Experienced Accountant

**Vacancy**:Experienced Accountant - Zug (f/m/x)**:

- We are looking for an Experienced Accountant for our client, a multinational company based in Zug. For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. Despite the Covid-19 situation, our customer is currently looking for motivated employees (f/m/x). **Your Responsibilities as** **Experienced Accountant - Zug (f/m/x)**
- Process journal entries in accounting to ensure all business transactions are timely recorded on the correct GL code for all designated legal entities. Incl. periodic reconciliations (Banks, IC, depreciation, etc.)
- Maintaining accounts receivable and issue invoices, maintaining accounts payable, enter invoices/expenses and prepare payment proposals, maintain a contract register, ensure timely payments/receipts, reconcile intercompany positions and calculate the accrued interest
- Prepare weekly liquidity overview for the entire group including analysis of major fluctuations
- Responsible for maintaining master data (ledger accounts, creditors, debtors, etc).
- Prepare financial statements according to legal and company accounting principles, including preparation of adequate documentation for audit files
- Prepare VAT and other Tax returns, incl. reclaims

**Your Qualification and Skills**
- Education in accounting and finance (e.g. Fachmann/Fachfrau im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen)
- At least 8 to 10 years' experience in accounting / finance
- Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with multiple accounting softwares strongly preferred
- Solid Skills in Microsoft Applications, especially Microsoft Excel
