**Your Key Tasks**
- Organization of import/export shipments within Europe
- Contact with customers and suppliers
- Verification of customer creditworthiness
- Continuous optimization of processes
- Collaboration with the Martigny team and DSV branches
- Discretion in handling confidential information from DSV customers

**Skills & Competencies**
- Good command of Excel (regular use of tables, filtering, data entry, formulas)
- Proactive mindset in improving daily tasks and seeking relevant information
- Good general understanding of road transport
- Clear and effective communication skills

**Educational**
- Commercial apprenticeship
- Relevant working experience

**Language Skills**
- Fluent in English and French
- German is an asset

**Computer Literacy**
- MS office skilles, SAP
