Project Manager

**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Leadership of the project team consisting of team members and other stake holders
- Monitoring project progress, planning next steps, and evaluating the project performance
- Set and keep the deadlines of project objective with key results
- Frequent communication with all stakeholders including mandatory gate reviews
**Your Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in digital transformation
- Project management certification
- Experience in working with a cross-functional, multicultural and international project team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to reduce complexity
- Excellent presentation skills and a transparent, fact based and open communication style
- Strong capabilities in visualization
- Experience in têxtile industry considered a plus
- Understanding Formal Project Management Methodologies
- Problem-Solving abilities
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
