**What it's about**

The Private Equity Internship is an opportunity for a young professional with top credentials to launch into a career with a world-leading Private Equity buy-out manager and join their investment team. As part of this internship, you will support the Services Private Equity buy-out team on all aspects related to sourcing and execution of private equity investments and portfolio management:

- Assessing and valuing prospective investment opportunities
- Modeling business plans, LBO structures and investment returns
- Participating actively in due diligence workstreams on prospective investments (e.g. financial, commercial, tax and legal due diligence)
- Drafting internal investment recommendation documents
- Conducting various other tasks related to deal sourcing, market research, product reporting and marketing

**What we expect**
- Top performing students in the final phase of their study at a leading university, ideally focused on Engineering, Economics, Finance or Business Administration
- Initial experience in Private Equity, M&A, Strategy Consulting, Leveraged Finance or Transaction Services
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent teamwork skills within international settings (several European languages will be considered a plus)
- A high energy level coupled with a strong desire to learn and succeed, along with an impeccable work ethic and a professional demeanor
