**_Montres Antima SA_** in Bienne, Switzerland, part of the Fossil Group, is active in the design and the development of brands like Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Tory Burch and Zodiac.

We are looking for a **Watch Designer** (M/F/x)
- Develop unique design concepts based on market research and brand DNA
- Participate and prepare concepts and mood boards for seasonal trend presentation
- Maintain the highest quality and creative levels reflecting the brand direction and aspiration
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams from sketch to production
- Participate in weekly teams meetings to discuss lifestyle trends, new product needs and platform concepts
- Work out by hand drawing, computer animation for new ideas, participating in presenting design ideas to the creative teams
- Develop packaging design and continuous evolution aligned with product launches,
brand strategy and market demands
- Complete projects according to the product development timelines including product concepts, line art, approval stages and brand initiatives
- Participate and support special projects across Fossil Group brands

**Who you are**
- Bachelors of Fine Art or equivalent experience
- 5 years of watch design experience mandatory
- Excellent sketching skills and free hand drawing/rendering skills
- Strong Computer Skills: 2D and 3D programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhinoceros 3D, Solidworks, Google Slides or equivalent)
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools
- Excellent English skills and strong written & verbal communication
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Organization skills, time management
