Your contribution to KPMG
- Advise employees on the proper handling of internal risk processes
- Assist the engagement teams in drafting engagement letters and other contractual documents from a risk and independence perspective
- Support the Head of FQRM Advisory in quality and risk management projects/initiatives
- Promote initiatives to support continuous improvement of the quality and risk management function
- Proactively seek opportunities for ongoing learning, professional development and skills building
This is what makes you successful
- Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university
- 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a highly regulated environment such as Big 4.
- Background in financial audit or deal advisory with the desire to change to a risk management focused role would be ideal
- Strong analytical skills, independent and critical thinking to challenge risk and independence matters with an autonomous mindset
- Service orientation as well as responsible, reliable, and accurate working methods
- Ability to navigate independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German would be a plus
- Enjoy working in an international and interdisciplinary environment
