**Summary**:
Fantastic opportunity to join our successful Cell & Gene business as a Shift Lead You will play a pivotal role in managing a team of Cell Processing Specialists to carry out manufacturing operations on schedule and in compliance with HSE and GMP rules.
**About the Role**:
**Major accountabilities**:
- Represent production management to the team members and promote Novartis values within the team
- Line responsibility and shift walkthrough
- Team supervision / management: engage and motivate the team/ deliver strong results by empowering team.
- Operational efficiency: continuously monitor & improve processes to maintain productivity and high quality standards in a GMP environment.
- Training and support for new and existing team members.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- People Management experience
- Organisation skills
- Production experience in Cell & Gene
- Resilience
