Key Responsibilities:
1. Beverage Preparation & Service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, coffee, and specialty drinks.
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to create cocktails based on SHOKO’s drink menu and customer preferences.
- Serve drinks quickly and efficiently, ensuring proper portion control and presentation.

2. Customer Interaction
- Greet customers promptly and warmly as they approach the bar.
- Take drink orders and recommend beverages based on customer preferences.
- Ensure customers are enjoying their drinks and experience, and address any issues or concerns.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive atmosphere.

3. Bar Stock Management
- Keep the bar area well-stocked with all necessary ingredients, glassware, garnishes, ice, and tools.
- Regularly monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and other supplies, and notify management of shortages.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed during the shift.
- Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and reduce waste.
- Ensure all infusions are properly made following recipes

4. Cash Handling & Sales
- Accurately process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payment methods.
- Operate the POS system to enter orders and track sales.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and ensure proper cash handling procedures.

5. Cleaning & Maintenance Duties

Bar Area Maintenance
- Keep the bar and surrounding areas clean, organized, and free of clutter throughout the shift.
- Wipe down bar counters, tables, stools, and equipment after each guest interaction.
- Clean and sanitize bar tools, glassware, and equipment (e.g., blenders, shakers, strainers) regularly to ensure health and safety compliance.
- Glassware Management
- Collect and clean glassware using dishwashers or by hand, depending on the volume of customers.
- Inspect glassware for cleanliness and ensure it is free from chips or cracks before serving drinks..
- Coffee Machine Maintenance:

- Operate and maintain the coffee machine, ensuring it is cleaned daily and functions properly.
- Perform routine cleaning of the coffee machine, including descaling, backflushing, and cleaning components like the steam wand and portafilter.
- Monitor coffee supplies and report any maintenance issues or stock shortage
- End-of-Shift Cleaningo Perform thorough end-of-shift cleaning duties, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, and emptying trash cans.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment, sinks, and workstations in the bar area.
- Store all bar tools and supplies in their designated places.
- Restroom & Dining Area Cleanlinesso Ensure restrooms and public areas near the bar are clean and presentable.
- Assist other team members in maintaining overall cleanliness of the restaurant if needed.

Safety & Compliance
- Follow all local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale and consumption of alcohol. **Monitor guest behavior and responsibly handle situations involving overconsumption of alcohol.** Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation practices and proper food handling procedures. **Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.o Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.**

Additional Responsibilities: As SHOKO is a startup company, the management reserves the right to assign additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the growth and development of the business. Flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges are essential in this role.
- Work Location: The main place of work will be in Lachen, Canton Schwyz. However, you may occasionally be required to travel to other locations to assist with events, training, or other business needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: CHF22.00 - CHF24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.00 - 22.30 per week
