En tant que Architecte IT Senior - Digital Workplace & Environnements Utilisateurs, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la **définition, l’évolution et la modernisation des environnements de poste de travail**.

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les architectes d’entreprise, ingénieurs systèmes et responsables de domaine pour garantir la cohérence stratégique des solutions dans un environnement hybride : Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 11, virtualisation et intégration Cloud.

**Responsabilités**
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des architectures poste de travail modernes (Windows 11, M365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
- Piloter la gestion des endpoints avec Intune, Autopilot et Azure AD, incluant la sécurité (MFA, BitLocker, Defender, Zero Trust).
- Déployer et optimiser des solutions de virtualisation (VDI, Windows 365, Citrix ou équivalent).
- Automatiser et script (PowerShell) pour des environnements robustes et scalables.
- Produire et maintenir la documentation d’architecture (TOGAF, ArchiMate), dossiers d’architecture, fiches d’impacts et analyses de risques.
- Assurer une veille technologique sur les solutions M365, Intune et Windows.
- Participer aux comités d’architecture et défendre les choix stratégiques auprès des équipes techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 7 ans d'experience dans la conception d’architectures pour environnements utilisateurs complexes.
- Certifications TOGAF, Azure Architect, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, Intune, ou équivalentes fortement appréciées.
- ** Compétences techniques**: Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, Azure AD, VDI/Windows 365, sécurité des postes, automatisation PowerShell.
- ** Langues**: Français courant et bonne compréhension de l’anglais.
- Communication, vulgarisation technique, collaboration inter-équipes, esprit analytique et force de proposition.
