**Aufgabenbereich**
- Sie unterstützen und entlasten ein Portfolio von mehreren Mitarbeitern in sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen
- Sie unterstützen das Team aktiv bei Offerten und helfen im Business Development mit
- Sie überwachen Statistiken, Kostenbudgets und Zeitpläne
- Aktive Unterstützung bei internen Projekten
- Sie sind die Anlaufstelle bei An
- und Abwesenheit Ihres Portfolios sowie intern als auch extern
- Sie organisieren und koordinieren interne wie auch externe Events in Absprache mit dem internen Marketing Team

**Anforderungsprofil**
- Mehrere Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Rechnungswesen in einem ähnlich komplexen Umfeld, inkl. Abschluss
- und Bilanzsicherheit nach OR
- Fundierte Ausbildung im Bereich Rechnungswesen (Experte in Rechnungslegung & Controlling, Treuhandexperte, Wirtschaftsprüfer oder ähnliches)
- Hervorragende analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit ausgeprägter Macher-Mentalität.Ausgezeichnete Führungs
- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, um ein Team zu motivieren und zum Erfolg zu führen
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen einfach darstellen und erklären zu können
- Professioneller Umgang mit ERP- und Buchhaltungs-Systemen (insbesondere SAP S/4 HANA)
- Stilsichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
