Our client are a leading bank headquartered in Zürich, Switzerland, committed to delivering exceptional financial services and ensuring the utmost security and privacy for their clients. As part of their ongoing efforts to strengthen their identity management infrastructure, they are seeking a skilled Contract Identity Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.

Tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective identity management solutions.
- Configure, administer, and maintain identity management systems, including user provisioning, authentication, and access controls.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
- Investigate and resolve identity-related issues and incidents in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in identity and access management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong technical skills in identity management technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Familiarity with IAM frameworks and standards, such as RBAC, ABAC, and XACML.
- Experience with identity governance tools, such as SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk, is highly desirable.
