**Primary Mission**

The person in this role will be responsible for the administrative management of the HR department, as well as various general administrative tasks for the company. They will contribute to the smooth operation of internal processes and facilitate daily organization.

**Responsibilities**

**HR Administration (50%)**
- Prepare, review, and process payroll in compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures.
- Manage employee records, including contracts, amendments, and certificates.
- Coordinate the administrative onboarding of new employees by handling file creation, declarations, and welcome formalities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for work hour management and assist employees and managers in using the tracking tool.

**General Administration (50%)**
- Handle central phone reception.
- Manage building access badges.
- Oversee the maintenance of the company apartment.
- Handle visitor management.
- Provide administrative support by assisting with document management, meeting organization, and cross-functional tasks, while also supporting local management.

**Desired Profile**
- Proven experience in payroll management and HR administration.
- Ability to multitask efficiently with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in office tools and HR/administrative software.
- Service-oriented mindset, discretion, and reliability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in French with excellent command of English.

Pay: CHF5’500.00 - CHF6’500.00 per month
