Assistant to VP Marketing

- We are seeking an **Assistant to support the VP Marketing**at Sonova with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for the VP and leadership team
- Coordinate travel, events, workshops, and offsites
- Handle expense reports, invoice management, and basic finance tasks
- Support onboarding plans and internal communications
- Draft minutes and follow up on action items
- Oversee contract and legal document coordination
- Drive continuous improvement and project support
- Act as a trusted liaison with discretion and confidentiality

**Your Profile**
- Proven experience supporting VP-level executives
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Strong MS Office and digital collaboration tool proficiency (AI knowledge is a big plus)
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
- Able to manage sensitive information with integrity
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset
