**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct annual Training Needs Assessments.
- Deliver internal training programs.
- Manage EASA Training Syllabus and Materials for a wide range of regulatory and technical trainings.
- Coordinate with QA team to manage the implementation and follow-up of training activities.
- Manage training sessions based on departmental or regulatory needs.
- Qualified Instructor in Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Holder of a Train the Trainer Certificate and B1/B2 EASA License essential
- Strong experience with and good knowledge of European Aerospace regulations
- French and English required (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills
