**Operations Coordinator - Panerai, Swiss Market**:
**MISSION**

The operations Coordinator holds a key role of our business and collaborates with stakeholders such as commercial, finance, IT, logistics, marketing, HQ, and external partners.

He is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective daily operations as well as seeking for continuous improvement of processes.

**OBJECTIVES**

Be instrumental in achieving our sales targets by an active support to the Operations & Business Analysis Manager

Assist in Trade Marketing activities

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Administrative Support
- Ensure POS database is up to date
- Manage the complete process of Staff sales (watches & Accessories)
- Support on marketing activities (trade marketing, gifts)

**DUTIES **will include, but no limited to

**1. OPERATIONEL**
- Responsible for the daily updating reports
- Process orders, invoices, consignments, Returns, Credit Notes for wholesale and retail & follow up

**2. CLIENTS**
- Client support: provide information upon product requests, availability, prices, shipping
- Organize and maintain client’s database information

**3. STAFF SALES**
- Process orders, proformas & follow-up

**4. MARKETING SUPPORT**
- Support POS visibility (WHS & Retail) : liaise with supplier for production & set-up of stickers
- Manage invoicing process for A&P costs : Vendor, PO creation& follow-up with accounting
