**IHRE ROLLE**:

- Analyse relevanter Märkte und Branchen
- Identifikation und Beurteilung von potenziellen Investitionsopportunitäten
- Inhaltliche wie auch prozessuale Führung von Transaktionen einschliesslich Due Diligence mit externen Partnern
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Vertragsgestaltung und -verhandlung
- Erstellen von Investitionsempfehlungen und Präsentationen für das Investmentkomitee
- Aktive Weiterentwicklung unserer Portfoliounternehmen einschliesslich selbständige Umsetzung von Add-On Akquisitionen
- Rekrutierung von C-Level Mitarbeitern bei Portfoliounternehmen
- Ausbilden und Führen von Analystinnen und Analysten

**IHR PROFIL**:

- Bachelorabschluss oder Master/MBA; sehr gute akademische Leistungen
- Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Direct Investments (Private Equity, Family Offices oder ähnlich) oder mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich M&A Advisory/Investment Banking/Top Tier Strategy Consulting
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
- Kommunikativ, fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch oder andere weitere Sprachen wünschenswert
- Kompetent in Excel und Power Point
- Starkes unternehmerisches Denkvermögen und Begeisterung für Betriebswirtschaft
