**Beschreibung**:
We are looking for a motivated and committed **Digital Biomarker Scientist (M/F/d)** for our client, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. based in Basel, for a 12 month assignment with the option to extend.

We, the Digital Biomarker and Remote Patient Management (dBM & RPM) Chapter in Roche Information Solutions, are an integrated team of scientists, technologists, data analysts and operationalization experts, that leverages mobile technologies like smartphones and wearables to collect objective and continuous sensor data from patients in clinical trials and clinical care.

We co-create innovative digital biomarker concepts for sensitive and meaningful drug development endpoints, implement them in technology solutions, develop health related outcome measures, seek community
- and regulatory acceptance of corresponding endpoints and provide end-to-end services to Biopharma companies and research institutes for the collection and analysis of digital endpoint data in clinical trials. Moreover, we are establishing the scientific foundations for disease monitoring and screening solutions in clinical practice.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Develop scientific core messages for product marketing
- Support interactions with customers during the pre
- and post-sales phases
- Contribute to the communication of scientific results at conferences, in white-papers, and in peer-reviewed publications
- Provide scientific guidance for data analysis projects

**Must Haves**:

- University degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Life Sciences or related field with a minimum of 5 years related experience in the pharmaceutical and digital health industry
- Track record of writing compelling publications in high impact, peer reviewed journals
- Deep experience in the area of sensor data and digital biomarker development
- Previous clinical experience in Neuroscience (especially Parkinson’s Disease, Huntington’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer’s Disease)
- Fluency in English
