JUNIOR DESIGNER (OUTWEAR) - FULL-TIME, ON-SITE

As a Junior Designer with a focus on Outwear, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and development of our collections, bringing fresh and innovative ideas that align with our brand’s mission to empower and inspire our Tally gals. You will work closely with the design team to create styles that are trendy, stylish, and resonate with our target customer. While the current focus is on Outwear, there may be future opportunities to explore and work in other product categories.

Your Day to Day
- Collaborate with the senior design team to create trend-driven and on-brand Outwear collections
- Assist in developing sketches, technical drawings, and style concepts
- Contribute to mood boards, fabric selection, and trend research to support the design process
- Support in preparing design presentations for collection reviews
- Assist in fitting sessions and provide feedback on fit and quality, ensuring that designs meet our high standards
- Research market trends, street style, and competitor products to ensure our collections stay relevant and competitive
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to source fabrics, trims, and components
- Work closely with other departments, such as Buying and Production, to ensure alignment across the product development process

We are looking for people who
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in fashion design, with a preference for Outwear
- Strong understanding of design principles and technical garment construction
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
- Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and an eye for trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute innovative ideas
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of English proficiency
