We are looking for your talent

Urban Food Concepts operates the Nagasui restaurant in Zurich Selnau and the Tiffins restaurant in Seefeld. Both restaurants offer modern, high-quality pan-Asian cuisine in an urban setting and always sets new accents in restaurants, take-away and catering.

We are an open kitchen, Modern Asian Restaurant. We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Cook that is passionate about delivering the basics of kitchen operations brilliantly as well as maintaining and exceeding the standards of cleanliness and food excellence.
- Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Passion for culinary and the ability to work as part of a team, portray good leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of wok cooking techniques and Pan-Asian cuisine, as well as food hygiene and health safety practice should be of an excellent standard.
- Command of English and good German language is also essential.
- Valid work visa for Switzerland or EU passport is required.
- Availability to work full-time and be flexible.
- Be able to handle a high pressure and fast pace kitchen environment.
