Are you young, dynamic and hungry for knowledge and would you like to accompany SMEs in north-western Switzerland on their way to digitization with your knowledge of the Microsoft 365 universe? You independently recognize opportunities and opportunities to use Microsoft solutions profitably for our customers. You are the contact person and consultant for SMEs, plan and implement ICT projects.
**Your tasks**:
- You develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions for our customers (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- You implement comprehensive Microsoft Teams solutions for our customers
- You support and accompany our customers in the transformation in the area of Smart Work
- You provide technical consulting services for our customers and create concepts and proposed solutions
**What you bring with you**:
- Successfully completed studies as a telecommunications or IT engineer or equivalent training and experience
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience in the Microsoft 365 area (MS-100 / MS-101 certification is required) - in particular Microsoft Teams (good knowledge of other Microsoft services and products is desirable)
- Several years of project experience in the conception and engineering of IT solutions in the Microsoft environment
- Entrepreneurial, customer-oriented thinking and behavior as well as an independent and precise way of working
- Communicative team player who enjoys dealing with people
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and good knowledge of English
